The Relocation Team at Crossland Real Estate provides rental assistance services to clients electing to rent rather than to purchase a home. 

We use our knowledge of the market and experience in real estate to help locate the property that best suits your needs. This can include: (a) preparing a wants and needs assessment tailored to your specific criteria; (b) locating properties; (c) showing and assisting with the lease.

We understand that in many cases the time to look is restricted. By providing a quality rental assistance program, they can report to their new job site quicker without having to worry about where their family will be living.

Half Day Rental Assistance – No Property Tour. Crossland Real Estate will provide personalized rental assistance. This does not include an area tour or one-on-one time to preview/show properties. All correspondence is completed via email or telephone.

Half Day Personalized Rental Assistance. Crossland Real Estate will provide a half day of personalized rental assistance.

Full Day Personalized Rental Assistance. Crossland Real Estate will provide a full day of personalized rental assistance.
